We have been one of the earliest investors at Sumadhura Shikharam. The quality of construction, the empirical legal paperwork and the integrity of the builder made an indelible impression. The staff specially Mr. Ambreesh (Sales Representative) has been very supportive and accommodating since beginning. We ended up not just purchasing one, but two properties, we also spoke about this project to multiple friends who signed on the project. We came to know that they are planning for an early handover i.e, July 2016 whereas the official deadline was supposed to be Dec 2016 – Now, can you believe that in India Real estate? Overall, compared to the other builders in Bangalore, we are extremely satisfied with the Sumadhura Shikharam Project.
